Return's and Exchange's
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, we do offer exchanges if the item is still available or store credits. If you would like to exchange an order or receive store credit ****Please email us under the Contact page and we will send you an Credit/Exchange Form before any items are shipped back to our store location. Once we receive your email we will email you back the Credit/Exchange Form to complete.
You can email the completed form to email@example.com with your ORDER# and Credit/Exchange entered in the subject line.
Please note that regular priced unworn items can be exchanged or receive a store credit within 7 days of the Original Order Date. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a discount code was applied at the time of purchase, or if the item was discounted from the original price, without a discount code being applied, this is considered a SALE ITEM.
Items must be returned to GlamOverGossip LLC in the same condition they were received in. Store credits are valid within 365 days of authorization. Store credits will be authorized via email as a private gift card. Any store credits that are not used in that time frame will no longer be eligible. GlamOverGossip is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with exchange or store credit orders. The Customer is responsible for all fees associated with the transit of item(s).
